During the pandemic, a team of volunteers from 'The Big Breakfast', Old Trafford, worked to produce a beautiful full-colour, hardback cookbook of 75 vegetarian recipes for the whole family to enjoy. Recipe contributors include some of Manchester most-loved chefs, the Big Breakfast team and fabulous cooks from the community of Old Trafford.

Thanks to Crowdfunder supporters, every penny made from the sales of the book goes to 'The St Brides Project', a refugee project based in South Manchester.
